The assignment concerned the Canadian Payment Service Provider which the client acquired in order to render e-wallet and crypto-fiat transmittance services. We scrutinized the acquired MSB-registed company and the envisaged e-wallet and payment card services against the local federal and provincial regulatory requirements.
